Love this product
Cooler sits in our kitchen and supplies all our drinking water needs. This is a replacement for a unit that arrived damaged. No trouble and seamless replacement
Water Dispensor Failed in less than 1 year
Although the dispenser failed before the warranty was over. I was very delighted that the customer service department was excellent dealing with my problem. I have emailed them and they had responded almost immediately. I was shipped a new one after a few days. I would highly recommend this company.
Broke After 2 Years
The cooler broke after 2 years. Cold dispenser stopped working. Support told us it couldn't be fixed and offered us a 15% discount to buy a new one. Very disappointing. Also required extra cleaning.
Bad product
Worst buy ever I wouldn't recommend, stopped working immediately a year after use. Does not dispenser at all, to top it all contacted support and they said they can't do anything about it. Do not buy.
Terrible
Right from the start I should have returned this product. There were minor issues which were fixed with the customer service help, then after several month there was only a small trickly out of the cold tap. They sent us a part which was extremally difficult to change, but did fix the problem for 3 months. Now we have no cold water at all, and no warranty.
